Remove /test and /.github, the CI/testing framework.

The unit tests and continious integration is... exessive.
Yes, it's useful, but creates more complications than that it helps, so
it is removed for the time being. Maybe I will add a new framework at a
later date, but at the moment it is constraining development.

fix: x86_64 wikipedia link is always the English variant.

The link was pointing to `en.wikipedia.org`, where it is better to not
assume the (preferred) language, and just link to `wikipedia.org`.

replace "UNIX-based systems" with "Linux systems"
...
UNIX-based would include MacOSX, OpenBSD, et cetera.
This chould prove problematic in the future due to lack of testing.
Henceforth, "Linux systems" is more accurate.

Added (most) of the project files to the working tree.
